Requirements
We are looking for an individual that possesses the following:
- A multi tradesperson who has good experience as a handyman and can also do plumbing and electric work with ease.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and provides an excellent finish.
- Independent thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- A full, clean driving licence. A motorbike licence would be a bonus, and Hammer and Halo would be willing to organise CBT training for the right candidate
Salary
Trying to find tradespeople who are masters of their craft and polite can be a challenge. We believe in quality over quantity and our earning potential of up to £45,000 a year reflects this.
The average earnings of Hammer and Halo tradespeople are between £32,000 and £45,000 per annum.
About us
We have over 15 years experience in property maintenance, working in high-end residential properties as well as office and retail spaces.
Our tradespeople carry out thousands of skilled jobs including plumbing, electrics, painting and decorating, wallpapering, finding and resolving leaks, drainage issues, tiling, sash cord changing, bath screen changing / adjusting, tap replacement, unblocking blockages, et cetera.
We also make quick work of the small, everyday jobs: picture hanging, light bulb changing, flat pack furniture assembly, cabling tidying, lifting and shifting, and so on.
Our tradespeople are all highly professional, discrete, well presented and fully insured.
Employment
The work will be undertaken on a self-employed basis (CIS scheme), allowing you control over your working hours and thus your income if you are unfamiliar with the CIS scheme, our office staff will be on hand to explain and assist in this short process.
Vehicles
This role requires being comfortable with driving in London and being able to manage your time well.
Tools
The tradesperson will need to provide their own standard toolkit.
